Is the magazine free?
The opening pages of every issue are free with no account. The full issue needs a free reader account — there is no paid subscription.
Is Concept Fusion360 peer reviewed?
No, and please do not describe it that way on a CV or grant application. We publish explanatory and argumentative writing about research, reviewed editorially with expert readers. The review applied to each section is set out in full in the Peer Review and Publication Ethics policy.
How often does it come out?
Six issues a year. Each one is built around a theme rather than a discipline.
Can I write for you?
Yes. Send two paragraphs to the editorial address — what the piece argues, and why now and why you. You will hear back within fifteen working days with a reason either way. The contributor guidelines have the detail.
Do I keep copyright on what I write?
Yes. We take first publication rights and the right to keep the piece in the archive. After the on-sale date you may republish anywhere with an acknowledgement.

Which templates are free?
The manuscript template, the cover letter and response-to-reviewers pack, and every guide and policy document. The poster, presentation, graphical abstract and data management plan templates are paid. Each card says which before you click.
What may I do with a template?
Use and adapt it in your own research, teaching and applications, including commercially, with no attribution required. You may not resell it as your own product.
How do I get a paid template after buying it?
The download appears in your account under Downloads, immediately after payment clears. It stays there — there is no expiry and no download limit.
Do you take UPI?
Payment runs through Razorpay, which covers UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Prices are in rupees.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. There is a box for it at checkout, and on the payment page for a commissioned quote.

How is a commission priced?
By the piece, not by the hour. You describe the work, we send a written scope with a fixed figure and a delivery date, and that figure does not move unless the brief does.
What happens after I request a quote?
A person reads it and prepares a scope, usually within two working days. You get an email with the price and the committed delivery date, and a link to pay if you accept. Nothing is charged before that, and you can reply to revise the scope instead of paying.
How many revisions are included?
Two full rounds on every design commission. Any correction needed because we misread the science is never counted.
Who owns the result?
You do, outright, including the editable source file, once payment clears. We ask permission before showing anything in a portfolio and take silence as refusal.
Will you be listed as an author on my paper?
No, and we do not ask to be. Whether our contribution meets your field\u2019s authorship criteria is a decision for you and your co-authors. An acknowledgement is welcome and never required.
Is my unpublished work safe with you?
Anything you send is confidential, is not shared outside the assigned team, and is deleted on request once the work is delivered.
Is there an academic rate?
Yes. Students and researchers without grant funding should say so when they write in.

The free side
Does the unit converter need an account?
No. It is free and open, every day, with no sign-up. So are the constants library and the periodic table.
Are the conversion factors reliable?
They are drawn from published reference data and tested, but the tool is provided as is. Check any value that a result, a purchase or a safety decision depends on.
How do I delete my account?
Write to the support address and it is done, along with the data attached to it. See the privacy policy for what is kept and for how long.
